Optical Splitters are a major part of Fibre to the home networks. They split the downstream signal from the exchange or head end into multiple paths. These lead to the customer and provide a return path for the customer signals back to the exchange. Splitters can be made in a range of configurations either with 1 input fibre or 2 input fibres.
We offer a range of splitters for 1×4, 1×8, 1×16, 1×32 and 1×64 way splits or 2×2, 2×4, 2×8, 2×16, and 2×32. All with high performance, low insertion loss and low PDL. In addition they have a flat wavelength operation from 1260 to 1650nm. The Splitters are pigtailed with single mode fibers and housed in a compact package and can be terminated with the connectors of your choice.
