The Fujikura 70S is a core alignment fusion splicer that takes fibre splicing to a new level. It is fully ruggedized and provides consistent, low loss, splice performance that you can rely on. Fujikura have built on their decades of splicer experience bringing a level of automation and speed not seen before with splicing times down to 7 seconds. The 70s has an automated wind protector to guard against rain and dust ingress and the unit will survive a 30 inch drop test. The new heatshrink oven takes 14 seconds to complete a shrink down. The splicer also includes a high-resolution LCD monitor, powerful Li-ion battery capable of completing 200 splice cycles.
The new design increases productivity reducing the number of steps required to complete splices. Configurable automation features allow you to customize the the machine to best suit your particular splicing needs and method.
